Contact the merit badge counselor to see if they are currently offering the merit badge; offering badges is at the counselor's discretion depending on their availability. Contact Mr. Vargas or Ms. Yuhas if you need contact information.
As always, you must obtain a signed blue card (either real or virtual) from Mr. Vargas prior to starting a merit badge. The Scout, not the parent, should make the request (while, as always, copying a parent in the email).
